1. General Provisions

c444k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides an online betting and casino service designed for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply equally to all members who use any service on the platform.

By accessing the c444k website or creating an account, you confirm that you meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and knowingly.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Stay alert to phishing or fraudulent messages — c444k will never ask for your password by email.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

c444k currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Once a withdrawal request is completed, the funds will be sent to your designated payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the c444k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

c444k offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (deposit amount + bonus amount). This means you must wager ten times the total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are stated on the offer page.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the Company will determine the applicable terms.
• Bonuses are only applicable to holders of validly registered accounts.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

c444k reserves the full right to accept or reject any bet, without giving a reason. The Company reserves the right to void any winnings paid out due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. Ensuring fair play is our commitment. In the event of a dispute over any game result, the Company's server logs will be treated as final proof.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), badminton, and football (FIFA, AFC). If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Odds during in-play betting are subject to change, and the Company may suspend in-play markets at any time.

7. VIP and Loyalty Program

The c444k VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity and loyalty on the platform. Keep using the platform regularly and keep your account active to move to a higher tier. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be cancelled upon account termination.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the bonus system to launder money or gain artificial advantages.
• Using fraudulent payment information or another person's payment method.
• Operating games using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in games.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward other players or staff.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or servers.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by the Company

c444k may suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Any funds remaining in a closed account will be returned according to the designated process.

14. Dispute Resolution

In disputes regarding transactions or game results, the company's server logs and records will be considered as final evidence. The relevant funds may be held until the dispute resolution process is completed.
